2027 FSY
FSY 2027: What Parents Should Know
In 2027, youth ages 14 and older in the Arvada Stake are invited to attend a For the Strength of Youth (FSY) conference. We're excited for our youth to have this experience, and we want to make sure families understand how FSY works.
FSY is run by Church headquarters. FSY conferences are planned, scheduled, staffed, and managed centrally by the Church. Stake leaders don't set the dates, choose the locations, handle registration, or have any role in how the conferences are run. There is no single "stake FSY." The Arvada Stake will not be coordinating a group trip or designating a particular week or location for all our youth. Many sessions are offered at different times and places throughout the year, which gives families flexibility to find one that fits their schedule.
Your ward will decide its own approach. Under the direction of the bishop, each ward will decide whether its youth will try to attend a specific FSY session together and, if so, which session. Please talk with your bishop or your ward's youth leaders to learn what your ward is planning.
We encourage every eligible young man and young woman to prayerfully consider attending FSY in 2027. Below are some of the available FSY sessions available in our area.
